Learn to process chickens start to finish!

This Saturday September 29th we are hosting a chicken processing class from 8 am to Noon.

You will learn ethical culling techniques, defeathering, processing and preservation. Process your own chicken start to finish and take it home to enjoy!

Bring your own knives, de-boning, butcher and paring knives extra sharp! We provide everything else!

$50/person or couple

Must RSVP and pay no later than Friday September 28th Noon.

You will be outside so dress appropriately. We will hold the class regardless of rain or shine. No refunds will be provided.
